1. Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

Return Window:
You must raise a return request within 5 days of receiving the order.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@weedmoss.in or WhatsApp us at +91-9009391064 with the following details:

  • Order ID

  • Product Name

  • Reason for return

  • Photo of the product (in case of damage/defect)

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be credited within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment.

In case of COD orders, we will request your bank details to initiate a bank transfer.


4. Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
